The 384 is one of our favorite floorplans for the 2023 Forest River XLR Nitro. It offers that ideal bend of quality, price, practicality, and toy hauling goodness. Between the eight available floorplans for the XLR Nitro fifth-wheel trailer, the 384 falls right in the middle.
Specifications
Every XLR Nitro is 102 inches wide and 13 feet 4 inches tall. The 384 has 20-foot awnings, the largest available, and an overall length of 44 feet 7 inches, so it’s just shy of rivaling the longest model. It’s also one of the heaviest: it comes in at 14,849 pounds and can hold an additional 6,151 pounds, meaning you’ll need a full-size heavy-duty truck to tow it.
Every XLR Nitro also has a 102-gallon fresh water tank, while the 384 has an 80-gallon gray water tank and 50-gallon black water tank. These large tanks will ensure your camping trips can go on for a long time without needing to restock and visit a dumping station.

It builds the XLR Nitro at an exclusive toy hauler facility where the highest demands for quality can be met.
