The family-friendly Bungalow keeps it simple when it comes to floorplans. For 2023, there are just four to choose from: 40DLFT, 40FKDS, 40LOFT, and 40RLTS. Here’s a quick summary.

- 40FKDS: Sleeps up to four. Weighs 10,615 pounds. 41 feet long.

With the Jay Flight Bungalow, it’s never been easier to get cozy even in the harshest exterior conditions. For those hot Texas summers, the RV features two A/C systems: a central 15,000-BTU unit and a separate 13,500-BTU unit either in the bedroom or, if present, in the loft. If your adventures take you to colder climates, the 20,000-BTU furnace and thermal insulation features — like reflective foil in the roof and an enclosed underbelly — ensure you never run out of warmth. There’s also a second 20,000-BTU furnace available as an option if you anticipate braving truly frosty environments.
Enjoy the features
The Bungalow’s 102-inch-wide structure, 96-inch height, atrium-style front wall, numerous windows, and large interior doorways give it an incredible premium vibe. It has all of the makings of not just a proper residential home, but a large one. It has hardwood-style flooring, solid wood cabinet doors, living room throw pillows, lots of decorative elements, and plenty of small conveniences on top — things like a medicine cabinet, upgraded reading lights, and widely available electrical outlets.
The kitchen is as usable as they come, with a 24-inch Insignia™ range and pull-out kitchen faucet, while the living area is welcoming and spacious. Pleated shades in the bedroom, along with roller shades in the living room, help protect your privacy while keeping the interior cool in the afternoon (vented windows, even in the slideout rooms, also help with that). Cleanup is easy too, thanks to a central vacuum with push-button retract for easy hose storage.
